I wrote many blog posts for DandelionChocolate.com, but this one was a joy to research and write about. Previous to this post, the site did not include much information on their website about their five locations in Japan, and the blog was the only place I could push this story through. Through lengthy interviews and fact-checking, this piece opened a window on a whole side of the business that is super interesting and had very little traction with the brand’s North American customers.
