TechSoup is a distributor of software to NGOs and non-profit organizations across the globe. They asked me to interview several of their clients who received donations of Microsoft products and ask them how the software has helped them to fulfill their mission and meet their goals. I asked each organization I spoke with for specific metrics and drilled down for as many details as possible, and then I used this information to build case studies to inspire other organizations with new ideas and best practices.
